A slew of USC Trojans may have home-court advantage in the first Oracle Pro Series event of the new year, as Brandon Holt, Daniel Cukierman, Ryder Jackson, Riley Smith and Raymond Sarmiento will compete in the main draw at Marks Tennis Stadium on USC’s campus. Holt achieved direct entry into the main draw due to his recent successes in pro events. Cukierman, Jackson, Smith and Sarmiento received wildcards.

Holt, the son of Tennis Hall of Famer Tracy Austin, is a senior captain for the Trojans and has achieved ITA All-American status in singles his first three years. He is the defending Pac-12 Singles Player of the Year as he enters his final season with the Trojans.

Cukierman is the current No.1-ranked ITA singles player after a sensational fall season saw the junior win the ITA Oracle Masters event. Jackson is a freshman looking to make waves in his first year with the Trojans. Smith is an ITA All-American in doubles and reached the doubles final at the 2015 U.S. Open Juniors with Holt. Sarmiento graduated USC in 2014, where he achieved ITA Singles All-American status in each of his four seasons as a Trojan.

As with all Oracle Pro Series events, admission is free for fans all week long. You can find information about daily schedule, parking, and more here.
